TENDAI NH KAPUMHA (45) -MANAGING DIRECTOR
- Tendai is a chartered engineer, who holds a BSc (Eng) Hon in Electrical engineering, a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) from UNISA, a member of Institute of Directors Southern Africa, a Member of the Institute of Electronics and Technology and a Fellow of the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers. He also holds a diploma in Marketing.He was Director for GIBB Holdings in Africa, Arcus GIBB Nigeria, GIBB Zambia and GIBB Swaziland. Tendai effected turnaround at Road Contractor Company in Namibia as CEO and at BMA fasteners in Bulawayo as Managing Director. He was a director and Managing director respectively for the listed companies Steelnet (Zimbabwe) Ltd and General Beltings Ltd and Commercial Director of the Mobile network Telecel.
Tendai has wide ranging executive, board and turnaround experience over the past twenty years. He has been key in leading the design and project management teams for the New Port Harcourt City in Nigeria. He led the project team of the feasibility of the Kabompo Hydro Scheme in Zambia. He is married with three children.

GILES M. MASANGO - CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER
- Giles is the Chief Finance Officer and Company Secretary for Sunway City (Pvt) Ltd.He is responsible for project evaluations, structuring funding for projects, company secretarial work, accounting and financial management. He has wide experience in finance and management spanning over 25 years in the public and private sectors in Zimbabwe. As General Manager, he spearheaded the turnaround programme of G& W Industrial Minerals focusing on plant utilization improvement and new farmer agricultural lime use promotion. Giles is 50 years old and married with 4 children. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (B.ACC) degree from University of Zimbabwe as well as a Master of Business Leadership degree (MBL) from University of South Africa. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and Registered Public Accountant.

SANANGURAI CHAKWAKWAMA- GENERAL MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENTS)
- Sanangurai started working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with Country Building Contractors in Mutare in 1992. He studied for BSc. Hons Degree in Rural & Urban Planning with the University of Zimbabwe from 1988 until 1991. He further studied for a Diploma in Surveying with the College of Estate Management (UK) and MBA with Zimbabwe Open University through distance learning. He undertook various civil and building projects in various capacities including Quantity Surveyor, Procurement & Estimates Manager, and Commercial Manager in areas of Quantity Surveying, Procurement and Tendering, Commercial Management, Construction Management and Project Management while working for other construction companies that included Omega Construction, Grinaker Construction and Kuchi Construction before joining Sunway City as General Manager in August 2005.
He is a member of the following Professional bodies:
Registered Quantity Surveyor with the Zimbabwe Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
Student member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
Current Registrar of Quantity Surveyors with Quantity Surveyors Council of Zimbabwe.
Current Honorary Secretary with the Zimbabwe Institute of Quantity Surveyors.

TAKESURE CHIMENYA – MARKETING EXECUTIVE
- Takesure Chimenya is the Marketing Executive for Sunway City (Pvt) Ltd responsible for growing the business through aggressive market penetration and expansion initiatives.Takesure has vast experience in the Sales and Marketing field having worked for blue chip companies – Delta Operations, Air Zimbabwe and Mashco. He was instrumental in the setting up and subsequent growth of Pelhams in Gweru in 1996 to out compete six other competitors in the City. At Air Zimbabwe, Takesure was part of the team that successfully launched the MA60 Aircraft into Zimbabwe and Africa.Takesure is 38 years old. He holds a Bsc Economics Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe as well as various Marketing Management courses. He is a member of the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe and is married with three children.
